微循環Microcirculation

微循環是指:微動脈與微靜脈之間,微血管中的血液循環;是血液與組織細胞進行物質交換的場所,在顯微鏡下才能加以觀察。微循環是心血管系統與組織細胞直接接觸的部分,基本功能是實現物質代換,向各組織細胞輸送養料和運走代謝產物。

The microcirculation is the circulation of the blood in the smallest blood vessels, the microvessels of the microvasculature present within organ tissues. The microvessels include terminal arterioles, metarterioles, capillaries, and venules. Arterioles carry oxygenated blood to the capillaries, and blood flows out of the capillaries through venules into veins.

 

微循環功能

微循環的基本功能是進行血液和組織液之間的物質交換。正常情況下,微循環的血流量與組織器官的代謝水平相適應,保證各組織器官的血液灌流量並調節回心血量。如果微循環發生障礙,將會直接影響各器官的生理功能。

 

Function

The main functions of the microcirculation are the delivery of oxygen and nutrients and the removal of carbon dioxide (CO2). It also serves to regulate blood flow and tissue perfusion thereby affecting blood pressure and responses to inflammation which can include edema (swelling).
